The 2025 IEEE International Automated Vehicle Validation Conference is pleased to invite researchers as individuals or teams from academia and industry to present latest methods, technologies and systems for highly automated driving and its validation and verification (V&V). The demonstrations will take place at the Kongresshaus in Baden-Baden and in Karlsruhe at the Test Area Autonomous Driving Baden-Württemberg (TAF-BW).

We encourage submissions of demonstrations, which highlight and emphasize the latest research findings, which incorporate the conference participants and let them engage and interact with the demonstrators. Each scientific demonstrator is expected to be also represented by a poster, which will be exhibited in the lobby of the event during the coffee breaks and thus serve as a focal point for discussions throughout the conference.

Demonstrations by industrial partners focusing on novel published research outcomes are very welcome, while commercial products are expected to be presented as part of the IAVVC Exhibits.  All presenters of accepted demonstrations must register for IAVVC.

The submitted and proposed demonstrations will be evaluated according to their outcome and scientific soundness.  Demonstrations will be accepted according to their scientific significance and relevance to IAVVC 2025.

Submission Deadline: May 31, 2025
